  • How much do you charge?

    Individual Session: 45-50 minutes: $150

  • What will happen at my first appointment?

    In the first counseling session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you in. I'll listen to your concerns, ask some questions to understand your situation better, and together, we'll start setting goals for what you hope to achieve. It’s all about creating a safe, open space where you feel comfortable sharing and we can figure out how to move forward.

  • How often do I need to come in for therapy?

    When you come in for your first appointment, we will discuss the frequency of your sessions. Typically, sessions are weekly and then taper until you have met your goals, but the frequency can vary depending on several factors and is tailored to your needs, goals, and limitations.

  • Do you accept health insurance?

    I accept Aetna and I can also provide Super Bills.

  • What is an LPC-Associate?

    LPC-Associates are highly trained post-graduate counselors. An LPC-Associate is someone who holds a provisional license. This means she has met all the educational and competency requirements to be an LPC in the state of Texas, but the state wants this person to accumulate more hours of counseling experience and training. An LPC-Associate is in the process of completing 3,000 professional counseling hours and is required to be trained and guided by a state-approved LPC Supervisor.

  • What if I have an emergency?

    Wildflower Psychotherapy is not an emergency or crisis counseling center. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call 988 or text “home” to 741741.
