I am passionate about walking alongside people on their journey to healing and growth. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LeTourneau University and started my career at The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare, where I learned the importance of creating a safe and compassionate space for people to explore their struggles. I worked closely with the family members of our clients, empowering them to understand the impact of addiction on their lives, build healthier boundaries, and find ways to support their loved ones while also caring for themselves.

In my work, I pull from approaches like family systems techniques, attachment exploration, and trauma-informed care to really get to the heart of what’s going on. I also use narrative therapy and internal family systems work to help clients make sense of their stories and reconnect with their inner strengths. My approach is collaborative and solution-focused because I believe your voice is key to the process.

Whether it’s addressing trauma, strengthening relationships, or navigating life’s ups and downs, I’m here to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create the change you want.

I’m also passionate about the importance of play in our lives. Many adults lose touch with their playful, creative side, but I believe reconnecting with it is deeply healing. I love helping clients rediscover their inner child and bringing a sense of play into the therapy process.

Outside the office, I enjoy exploring Austin and spending time with the people I love. My Christian faith is at the heart of who I am and shapes how I approach life and relationships. It inspires me to meet others with compassion and grace and reminds me of the importance of hope and connection in the healing process.
