About
“Your present circumstances don’t determine where you go; they merely determine where you start.”

Kaelyn Holliday, MA, LPC, LCDC
As a fellow approval junkie and recovering people pleaser, I know what it is like to struggle to say no, feel guilty about taking time for yourself, and experience heightened anxiety when you do get to rest. Through my own work in counseling and establishing daily rhythms, I have found peace, connection, and joy, even in the grind, and I believe that you can too!
I work mainly with individuals who are trying to step out of patterns of burnout, people pleasing, and isolation that keep them stuck, not knowing how to rest or create and maintain genuine connections.
